Hachi - male Siberian Husky

Hachi is a beautiful boy who does take a little while to build a bond with new people, but once you’ve gained his trust he’ll be your best friend, and greets his carers with a waggy tail and tippy taps! He does enjoy fuss once he’s got a bond with you, but his family will need to go nice and slow with him while he gains his confidence so that he doesn’t feel overwhelmed. Hachi can be cheeky with soft toys and novel objects, and has been known to try to eat things that he finds interesting, so his new family will need to make sure they don’t leave anything around that might tempt him! Hachi has been in a home previously and was housetrained, but will need some help with housetraining as he settles back into home life. He also struggles with being left on his own so will need a family who can build his time left alone up really gradually to help with his anxiety. Hachi is looking for similar minded people who enjoy the quiet life, and can give him the comfy, loving retirement home that he deserves!

Hachi is a older gent who is looking for a calm, quiet retirement home where he can go on gentle potters and enjoy nature. He is looking for an adult only home with minimal visitors and no visiting children where he can be given lots of time and space to settle in and find his feet. He's looking for committed adopters who are able to get involved in all his training, he's making lots of progress and learning lots of new things. He enjoys his tasty treats (especially the fish ones!) and is learning to wear his muzzle out and about on walks. Hachi will be need to be the only pet in his new home and would like access to quiet walking areas where he can enjoy his retirement. He'd love a secure garden where he can snooze, sunbathe and enjoy all the fine things nature has to offer!
