Barry - male Terrier (Staffordshire Bull) Cross

7-year-old Barry enjoys getting his fuss from people that he knows, but it really doesn’t take long to form a friendship with him. He'll bring you his toys, he'll want to run around and chase them when you throw them, then he'll do it all again! If he isn't playing with his toys, he's probably wanting a cuddle. Barry has recently moved in with one of our amazing foster families and is settling in really well.

Barry is a friendly, people loving staffie who always wants to be the centre of attention. Barry can live with young adults aged 15 years and over, he must be the only pet in the home. He's looking for a family who have the time to get him settled in before they leave him on his own for longer periods of time. Barry doesn't need to live in a particularly quiet area but one where he won't be exposed to too many sudden loud noises will help him feel comfortable and allow him to settle in faster. And while we're on the topic of feeling comfortable, Barry isn't looking for a home that wants to socialise him with dogs frequently, so a family looking for a dog to go to busy places and be very sociable probably aren't for him.
