Ted is a wonderfully happy boy who loves nothing more than spending quality time with his favourite people. He adores playing with toys, the soft toys are his favourite. He does need sometimes need space when playing with these. Ted adores going on his walks, adventuring to new places, find new smells and meeting doggy friends on the way. Ted is a clever boy who knows his name, sit and has good recall. Additionally he is muzzle trained for the vets and is learning a send away to help him settle in home environments. Ted is a great boy who is sure to bring lots of joy to his forever family.
Ted is on the search for an adult only home where they can help him thrive and settle into his new environment. He would like a family who want to take him on lots of adventures, allowing him to explore the World. Adopters will need to understand Ted’s body language and acknowledge when he wants space. Ideally he would like adopters who have experience with Terriers. Ted would like to be the only pet in the home but would like to continue his socialisation with other dogs when out on his walks. He would like a private and secure garden to enjoy with his family. Ted’s adopters will need to live within an hour of the centre to ensure that we can conduct home visits and sleepovers with Ted. Ted is currently living at another location in South Oxfordshire, potential adopters will need to be willing to travel to said location to meet him multiple times before going home. All details will be provided upon booking.
